Terms of Use
1. What Streamly is
Streamly is a media player application for the Xtream Codes API, M3U playlists and HLS streams. It lets you browse and play streams that you configure. Streamly does not provide, host, index, recommend, link to or bundle any audiovisual content, playlist, channel list or service provider.
2. Your responsibility for the streams you add
By entering a server address or playlist into Streamly, you represent and warrant that you hold the rights, licences or authorisations required to access and view that content in your jurisdiction (for example a subscription from your internet or TV provider, a FAST service, streams you operate yourself, or content in the public domain). You are solely responsible for the sources you add and for complying with the intellectual property laws that apply to you.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use Streamly to access, redistribute or communicate to the public any content without authorisation from its rights holders. We do not offer support for, and will not assist with, sources that infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone reported for unlawful use.
4. No content, no warranty about sources
Because Streamly does not control the servers you connect to, we make no representation about the availability, legality or quality of any stream. Playback depends on your service and your network.
5. Intellectual property notices
Streamly hosts no content, so there is nothing to take down on our side. Rights holders who believe a user is infringing their rights should contact the operator of the server concerned. Notices addressed to Streamly can be sent to legal@streamly.plus.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Streamly is provided “as is” and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, nor for the content of third-party streams.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above indicates the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Paris, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
